Assisted Home Care is a certified medicaid provider participating with waiver programs such as Intellectual Disability/Related Disabilities (ID/RD) Waiver and Community Supports (CS) Waiver. If eligible, these programs help individuals stay in their homes by covering non-medical home care services. If an individual is not eligible for any of these programs, services can still be scheduled and financed privately.
